At this year’s Salone Internazionale del Mobile introduces exciting brand new beautiful designs and extends existing collections in bold directions, for Alessi, Barovier&Toso, Cappellini, Magis, Moooi, Olivari, Poliform, LG Hausys and Very Wood. During the show you can also experience Marcel Wanders’ concept of two opposite worlds for LG Hausys. In this space where rational and emotional meet, HI-MACS® becomes a piece of art. Divided into a rational and an emotional zone, the former lays out a clean and geometric meeting space, while the latter exhibits more of a poetic feel. Two imposing slowly rotating ‘Medallions’ dominate the stand. The beauty and versatility of the Solid Surface HI-MACS® is revealed in an unexpected demonstration of the balance between tactile and intangible, practical and magical.
