And in Midtown, at , which just welcomed new 17th-floor terrace suites, the year-old brings a bit of the beach to its otherwise well-tailored lounge-like vibe — don’t miss live jazz upstairs on Mondays — with a spring menu heavy on raw bar offerings, seafood platters, Maine sea scallops and lobster, in both bisque and roll form.
